Termination Notices 

Termination notices are mailed to accounts that are two months past due and utility service will be disconnected it the payment is not received in the Utility Office, in full, by the extended due date on the termination notice.

Payment Arrangements

If an arrangement for payment has been documented on the account, payment of the entire promised amount must be made on or before that date to avoid termination of service. No further notification will be received.

Reconnection of Services

If services are disconnected, the full balance due plus an additional $50 fee must be paid to have utilities reconnected. Payment must be made no later than 4:30 p.m. to reinstate service the same day. If payment is made online or using the automated phone payment option, you must contact 512-990-6100 with your confirmation number before 4:30 p.m. to be reinstated. Utility service will not be reinstated after 5:00 pm.

Fire Hydrant/Temporary Construction Meters

To obtain a fire hydrant meter for temporary construction water, application must be made at City of Pflugerville, 100 E. Main St., Ste 100, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A utility deposit is required in advance. The deposit for a city provided meter is $1,200.00 and $125.00 for a self-provided meter. An approved backflow prevention assembly is required.

Meter Tampering

Water meters are solely the property of the City of Pflugerville. Any tampering, jumping, cutting locks or any impairment to the water service provided by the City of Pflugerville will result in fines in accordance with Texas Penal Code 28.03.
